It was anything but an ordinary Saturday afternoon at the grocery store last weekend, as members of the Cornwall Colts greeted customers at the Loeb grocery store in Cornwall. A few of the players even helped out the cashiers by putting bagged groceries into customer carts and by slugging a few cases of Pepsi products into carts for other customers.

Pepsi and Loeb are helping to promote the 2008 RBC Cup, Canada’s National Junior A Championship, which will take place in Cornwall from May 3rd to 11th.

Autographed photos were handed out, and plenty of handshaking took place.

With the 2008 RBC Cup drawing nearer, community sponsors such as Pepsi and Loeb will be doing their part to promote the tournament.

Have you bought your tickets yet? If not, don't miss out on a chance to see the best Junior A hockey in the country as four teams join the host Colts to battle it out for a national championship. Call the Cornwall Civic Complex at 613-933-9400 or purchase online at www.admission.ca.
